“Is the potting the gray kind-of-sticky-gel type? Who removed it on the packs we got? We need to know how hard/messy it is to get the cells out (and cleaned from potting + nickel). 50€ per pack seems a bit much, though with good cells it should be profitable. It's still interesting to see how the cleaned-up cells come out from Circu Li-Ion with their laser process. @Serge are the Voi packs still here or are they already gone? I'd like to take a look If we want to do the salvaging/cleaning internally we may be able to do it for 10~25 € per pack, though we'd have to find the resources to do the job Anyway, I'd be happy to receive a first batch of 50k good quality, well cleaned-up cells as a starting point to setup the 2nd Life line”
